From March 1st 2016 Belgravia adopted a Management, Organization and Control Model in strictly accordance with dlgs. 231/2001, whose aim is the prevention of offenses provided for by the law acted in the interest or for the benefit of the company as it is defined at the art. 5 dlgs. 231/2001. Due to this the company has charged a third independent supervisory company with full powers attorney of control in accordance with the law.
A fundamental part of this organizational model is the Ethical Code which defines the basic legal and ethical principles that inspires the everyday activity of Belgravia.
The organizational model is subject to regular review and updating in order to be always in perfect accordance with the law and the organizational changes of the company.
